Your roof's solar potential
Panel placements and DC generation are modeled estimates. They are not installed panels, delivered household electricity or CFE savings. Shade, roof condition, setbacks, wiring and inverter losses need a site assessment.
Google's shade model uses local standard time, with no daylight saving or leap days. This is modeled sunlight, not live weather.
Compare roof sections
Sunlight is modeled in kWh per kW per year. Roof angle, orientation and shade affect the result. A flat section has no meaningful compass direction.
